Questions, bug reports, or trouble with the app? Email support@mediwall.app and include your app version (Settings → About) if you can.

In the app, the fastest path is the feedback form (Settings → Send Feedback) — it sends only the message you type, plus an email address if you choose to add one.

MediWall runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 15.1 or later. It's free on the App Store.

Privacy questions & data requests

For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, email privacy@mediwall.app. You can also export or delete everything yourself at any time in Settings → Privacy & Compliance — no request needed.

A note on your health data

MediWall support can't see your records — your health data lives only on your device, and we have no servers that hold it. Please don't include medical details in support emails; we never need them to help you with the app.
